Just FYI, you can arrange a taxi to take you from your hotel directly to the ship and bypass the central bus area. Not all taxi drivers have the authority to go straight to the ship, but many do. Our hotel arranged this for us and it was about $25 (two of us in taxi). I thought it was well worth it to avoid all the hoopla.
