Yep. The moment they asked him "What did you like about Miss Heard when you two started your relationship?" And he said "She seemed to be........." and then hesitated, I knew it would be "perfect". Cause that's exactly like those kinda relationships start.
I hope he gets justice too. The nerve of Amber even mixing her name in with the Me2 movement is atrocious! We can all just look between the two of them & see who has suffered the most trauma in the past several years. She really did a number on him. I do feel terrible for him. Speaking from experience, being in a tumultuous relationship like that will make you never want to be in another for the rest of your life. I hope he gets closure & then peace far from that wretched excuse of a woman.
Johnny was so generous to everyone. Gave people places to live, gifted everyone in his life and asked nothing in return. Amber is wrong.

How he treats women between four walls has nothing to do with abusers behavior outside.
Notice how when Johnny talks about things they did in the relationship like going on the boat with Amber's parents or sending her parents to dinner for their anniversary he still says “we”. Even though it was Johnny’s boat and Johnny’s friend that had the restaurant. I think it speaks of how he really believed they were partners. Even though he was older and had more material things he still thought once they were married all he had was hers as well. Abusers don’t think like that. An abusers mind set is “everything is mine, everything you have is because of me and without me you’re nothing.”

When you grow up in a very dysfunctional family it leaves you forever damaged to some degree. He's been battling the scars from his childhood his entire life. No matter what you achieve there's always a part of you that never feels good enough. You. tend to be attracted to what's familiar, what you're accustomed to. If something feels too good to be real, you tend to sabotage the relationship. It's not like the moment he met her he threw away his marriage and kids. Narcissistic people can put on a very good act to get you to fall in love with them and then once you're hooked, you start to see their true colors.
He is so gracious to her and her family. Really, anyone he is asked about always elicits from him such kind sentiments.

Got me hard, that is one of the many things my abusive ex (male) would do, scream, yell, throw a tantrum, angry texts simply because I wasn't able or ready to sleep yet. I went to visit one of my ex’s family members and they asked me if I believed in god. I said something along the lines of “it depends on how you define god, what god are you asking about and how do you define it?” They answered, and I responded similar to “no, I don’t believe in that”. To which my ex said I did believe in god. I responded, no, I really don’t believe in god, and she started getting all upset and demanded me to apologize for hurting her feelings (even though I was very honest and upfront with being an atheist at the time we met, and remained very openly an nonbeliever).
The same night she went off on me to the point I had to leave and spend the night away from her after she asked me how dinner was. I said that I was hungry and asked I she minded if I went and got some spaghetti. She started arguing and getting crazy claiming that we just had spaghetti at her family’s house. I have a somewhat strict dietary regimen and what was served wasn’t edible. I tried to be courteous and ate some of the lettuce, but that was the only thing that I could eat and my ex attempted to make me feel bad and expected me to apologize.
Those were small stuff, but like Depp said, if you let small stuff slide, then you allow it to grow into what it’s going to become.

I feel the same way. I’ll be honest, until I heard the tapes, it was easy for me to believe her and just say he’s good at acting, so of course he can pretend he is innocent. I love his charisma and demeanor, so I had to remind myself to be objective when everything first happened. I believe him now.

From watching most of the testimony and listening to hours of their personal conversations, it is clear that AH has serious psychological/anger issues and that JD is the real victim. (I never doubted that he was the victim) May justice prevail here so that this gentle and tormented soul can finally get the peace and vindication that he deserves. (there are many more supportive facts that sadly aren’t even admissible 😞)

I was married twice and man can I relate to what he's been talking about. Men are notorious for being tough and crude, but not all of us are like that, many of us have serious respect for women and are taken by surprise when a woman acts like Amber has towards Johnny. I hear ya Johnny, I experienced a man just like Amber. The control he had and behaviors were so difficult. Just like you with Amber, he attempted to control everything even when I was to go to bed. Through that ordeal I have educated myself all about Narcissistic Personality Disorder and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he suffered from that.
Trust me the horrific nature one suffers from dealing with a person who has this personality disorder is beyond excruciating and can destroy a person.
I have too, my mother was a narcissist and played my siblings against me by making up lies. Most of them have become just like her. They can't just keep a disagreement between the 3 of us, they have to drag everyone else into it, and make up more lies. The only way to really protect yourself is to go no contact. I didn't realize that at the time but the longer I had no contact, the more obvious it was when I had a ny contact.

I thought I was with the perfect man but it ended up being a nightmare. I’m still single after 3 years. The worst part was that I was only 19 when we started dating and dated for around 3 years. I didn’t have the maturity that I have now :)
That’s crazy I had an almost identical situation in terms of the timeline I’m still single after a toxic relationship I started at 18. It really messed me up I’ve got scars on my body to remind me but I think that’s why so many people feel so strongly about Johnny’s situation because they can relate to how unfair people can be treated by people with no repercussions.

UT based on his relationship with V i think he is not OK with what he did… it was like he was ashamed to tell this out load, in public and his kids and his ex…

I have watched quite a few of the videos of the trial and I can just say I have never seen someone sit without any emotion or reaction on their face for this long. No matter what Johnny talks about she has absolutely no reaction. Is she on some tranquilizer of some sort, or is this a sign of sociopathy? She is just completely indifferent and seems kinda bored.
Why should she not be inndifferent and bored?. Its predictable, she have heard it all before and he is a rather slow talker. She probably think its a waste of both hers and the courts time and that the outcome of the trial are given and will not be in mr. Depp's favour. And she's probably right.
