So I don't think either approach is entirely bad, but I think what was draining for me was how many times I had to redo the same summon combination. Pillaring up to reach heights is fun, but its requirement to do so often became exhausting. Not a game breaker though, still had lots of fun!
They missed a good opportunity to expand on Dungeon Creating. Introduced in Link's Awakening. Echoes of Wisdom would have been perfect if it expanded on Dungeon Making.
I didn't try the dungeon making much but I always thought that was a cool feature! What we really need is a dedicated game for it like Super Mario Maker. Sharing dungeons online would be very cool!

He is the reason i dont know what the second Temple even looks like, lol
So if you make a smoothie wirh milk and salt you get full meter of magic for link. Just saying I kept my inventory full of those smoothies so I can pull out link at anytime

I do think that being REQUIRED to be creative was smart tho, as in totk i never even used the zonal devices

That's a good shout! I didn't mention it here but I do like their smoothie system and how they've simplified it compared to cooking.
