this build is good if ur against low hp champions.. but against morde or any tank you need to go botrk first orr if theres a lot of tanks with a lot of armor than you go full hp so u can hit them with taht 12k true dmg
W only deals true Dmg in the center, the other 80% of Setts dmg are physical and are scaling well with ad. Even more his ult dmg can be insane with some lethality.
there is no real point, building titanic hydra, overlord's bloodmail and tank items is going to make you hit harder while not dying anywhere near as fast

in thew same vane your q speed up only works towards enemys not away so you cant use it to run away so time when you go in cause you aint coming out
