Some things I forgot to add to the guide.... - You can take Phase Rush vs. Olaf, allows you to short trade and run away. (Take Resolve secondary and run atk.spd shard) - You can buffer your W like your Q. - If you flash just as the Q1/Q2 knockup happens you can get an auto in where they can't flash away to avoid it. Also with the upcoming death timer changes in 14.16, ignite is more viable now since you don't lose out on killing your lane opponent early. Runs the same risks though as stated in the video. As a 600k Aatrox, I mostly agree with everything, great guide for beginners! I'd say however that Eclipse is nearly always first buy just mostly due to the benefits it gives.
Did not realize the other reason Aatrox counters Yorick is because his R fears Yoricks maiden, sick. I also just assume most match-ups that are considered "counters" is because they have a dash lol, which most of the time is true but this is very useful info for at least Yorick (very common low elo pick)
also one little tip i didn't see in the guide: try to land your q1 and initiate trades as your opponent is last hitting a minion (as soon as u see a friendly minion low and enemy champ is approaching it throw a q1 and extend into q2+e if you can)

I lose my macro my strategy, idk probably just bcs of my sleeping schedule and ruined mental health. I played really really bad this days autopilot idk why well i guess probably bcs of my health too. Thank you i remember how to play Aatrox now, i will keep rewatching this so i dont forget it again.

what do you suggest either to play with fixed camera or free? I am currently playing with free with middle mouse to control it. Do you think it will increase my skill if I switch to fixed camera?

Aatrox is ok mid, he prefers melee opponents that he can harass with his q over ranged champs. So playing into melee mids sure but you'll have some trouble vs ranged.

As an Aatrox otp, the E+W combo is by far the most useful one + enemies usually don’t expect the huge gap closer

Playing with Middle mouse and controlling it is good, I use fixed camera in laning phase but teamfights can be frantic so I switch between both.
