Brian Wolsak is basically saying, the obstacle is the way.

I love what is said ate the end about running to the discomfort; running to what annoys us, because that is where our healing is. This is so powerful, and I don't feel like this is spoken of or tapped into enough. Also- Gabor Mate's demeanour; how he is so unapologetically himself. Hilarious, and I love it!

I was doing yoga asanas earlier with the help of Raghunath Cappo (Men's 30 Day Yoga) and the end of this video helped me to see that there is a sort of appreciation to breathe deeply through the strenuous poses as the mind beckons me to stop... And yet I maintain, breathe, and hold the pose. It makes the savasana at the end more peaceful and relaxing. Glad I subscribed to this channel.

This shit’s true. But I’m still going with hatha yoga since it feels slower and safer. Still showing me all my childhood stuff while at savasana.
