Absolutely loved this video! It is so hard finding information on what MSCs actually do in the Air Force but you were extremely helpful. I have my bachelors in health services administration but I only have experience in things such as referrals, medical records, and front desk. Zero management experience. Do you have any tips on what I can do to make myself a good candidate and be selected for the Air Force?

Q&A: Do you have any tips for a 2nd Lt coming from ROTC? Any tips on being confident and in control of so many people as a black female/person in general?
is rotc really physically demanding? im interested in joining for the remainder of my 2 yrs in college
Jasmine it’s not terribly hard but it does depend on your school. You should look up the FA for afrotc and if you have no trouble with that you’re good if not just work towards a 80-90 percentile
Any advice for a new 2LT MSC arriving at their first duty station? Any books or videos you may recommend?
i'm interested in joining rotc for the remainder of my 2 yrs in college (for the GI Bill 4 dental school) but i know nothing about the military. can a biomedical degree get a job like yours?

I work in the medical 🏥 field now and have been for the past 16 years all over the clinics in admin and some army hospitals! What would you recommend to me as comming in enlisted! I am looking for a good position ❤️💕your beautiful! I work in administration now.
If you have a bachelor's degree, I'd recommend going in as an officer. You should contact a recruiter in your area for further assistance.
