I'm a coastal B.C. boy. Lived and worked my whole life up and down the coast, so I'm a bit immune to beautiful coastal scenery, but damn, it sure is pretty up your way. Love the bus.
I’m really enjoying your video’s. I live in Kodiak from 72’ to 92’ off and on, my dad had the moving bug didn’t stay in one spot for more than two years. I’ve been up and down the Alcan Highway more than I can remember. My sister still lives in Kodiak, her name is Laurinda Haskin, she was married to Scott Pillens, he owns Scott’s plumbing and heating. Great videos, keep it up.
We have a 1986 BlueBird the same as yours. Same color and original awnings. Ours is a front diesel engine with the side entrance and bathroom in the middle and bedroom in the back. Have owned it for a few years. Thanks for all the great posts. We enjoy seeing a twin Bird getting out on the road. Safe Travels Alan & Patty McMillan in Indiana
Wow, that’s awesome! We looked at a bunch of Birds, but once Jen saw the colors of this one that’s all it took. Hopefully someday we make it to a rally, maybe get to see yours! Thank you for watching & commenting 😎
Loved it Larry. It brought back fond memories of our lunch at the Moose Pass Inn years ago. We took a day-trip from Soldotna to Seward and the Exit Glacier. MPI was an inspiring place for a lunch break, looking across the lake to the mountain. Last trip was in a rental truck, next time in the M380!
Ahoy there Dustin! Thank you, as soon as Larry is retired one of our first to-do’s is to take the bus down to the Lesser 48 to attend some of these crazy Wanderlodge rally’s where we hope to meet as many of the great people like you who take their valuable time to watch our silly videos. 😎
Your video just went live. It still shows up in the standard definition version. I post my video’s in 4K, it can take six hours or more the 1080p version to see the light of day. I gave up on waiting for 4K version to show up. It can be several days. I value the production quality of your videos. I will check back in a couple hours. Keep the excellent content coming!
Thanks for the tip! We’re actually getting outfitted to board the boat from Kodiak to Whittier this evening, so in a bit of a rush to get things squared away before we’re unplugged for a few days. We’ll have to start doing scheduled uploads to allow for the processing time 😎
Hope someday I can make a trip with you! A small part of my brain keeps thinking about either living in a almost-tiny house or buy a motorhome to live in... not sure if either option would be cheaper than renting...

Thank you! We look forward to being back on mainland Tuesday & seeing it again 😎

Outstanding! (Even if between you & us, we know the “real” Alaskan adventure often begins or ends with a U-Haul 😜)
What a wonderful ride Larry. Thanks for taking us along. I sure do hope we can make it up one day.
Thanks for coming Chris! Between pandemics & economic disasters, you’ll have to just go for it!
I could watch and listen for hours, great music choice (that includes the 3208) i feel relaxed enough to do some more work now :-D
Thanks for coming along. We’re looking forward to shooting more content in 2023.
Thank you for another great video and hopefully one day to see you out there!

Another beautiful video Larry!
Thanks, but Jen deserves most of the credit (I’m just here to look pretty 😜)

Well if you’re ever in the neighborhood
Morgan is a great young woman!
Thank you, she’s definitely our favorite kid… (Okay, also our ONLY kid 😜)
