The victims families don’t deserve to have to go through these hearings. They took a plea, why shouldn’t they serve the whole sentence? I find it so hard to understand the point of sentencing when it’s like they’re chucked out the window! Thanks Mandoo and Richard B as always, seeing the full picture of the perps was a great experience! ❤

They way they rush them through their statements is appalling. They cut the poor woman's mother off right in the middle of speaking and told her she was done.

Even if the DAs office says life without parole they are lying to you! They will be getting out! It is a tactic the DA uses to get a quick win and a check in their win column without the expense of a trial!!

I agree with your astute observation of the Louisiana
Parole Hearings. The panel taking the time to review the crime, rehab work and input from the community
makes sense. Viewing other hearings on your channel, some states definitely gloss over the situations, in my opinion.
Thank you for your time and perseverance to post these hearings and your thoughts!!

Also, it was driving me crazy when the one defendant kept saying he was young and follower🤨🤔 he was 27 knocking on 30. Please he knew better. So sad families have to endure the pain over and over. The last guy the shooter, really concerns me . His affect is so off , flat, no emotion even with family crying. Same crap can’t take it back, accepts responsibility and will help the world when I get out so show me mercy.. All three try to say how they were so young when “it” the murders happen. Maybe after 60 years that’s 20 years for each life, people could accept the concept that he’s changed

If she so worried. About him applying for parole. Why not be mad at the job. That allows all this mess. To allow these ppl out sooner. Is the primary point of this job. If you are against all that. Why do a job that belittles. The whole court system makes it. A slap in the face to victims. The whole thing is human failure. This is the best they could do. Is let violent ppl out sooner. Then what they should be. For many to reoffend again. If you've never dealt with this system. As the victims you can only imagine. The degree of the slap it is. Onething to say it. Another to live it so again. I'll say this isn't a job. To feel proud about. They're helping victimize victims. Thinking this is doing something.
