Is it normal for cats to bite the brush? Mine always rubs her cheeks on it then bites it but it's not an attack bite, it's almost like she likes the feeling of biting it.

Aww, the kitty print fabric in the background and soft blanket ♡ This kitty is loving that snuggle spot! Lol my cat grabs the brush and starts trying to direct it, too. Makes me laugh every time, especially when she gets both front paws involved like she thinks she's the one doing the brushing.
I love calico cats! One of ours is also a calico, but almost entirely black and white, with just an orange spot on her forehead and one on each leg. She hates being brushed, though

I had feral kitty watch this video 3 times showing him a similar brush. Then with a scratchy toy on a wand, I started to brush it across his back. Hed move away, but not too far and swipe at it. Then Id have another toy on a string and wed play tug. Went ack and forth touching him with the toys going across his body and him moving away or batting/swiping. Finally settled in a corner and got the toy to scratch behind his ears and sides of his face. He just melted and gradually I substituted my hand to scratch his ears. He just fell asleep and I quietly left him. Thank you for the video to help him understand. It was the first step. He is touchable now and has a chance of being an indoor cat.

Very much so! They are both happy critters! That's for sure. We joke that they breath in purrs. They're rarely not purring, especially if someone is touching them.
I work in a humane society with a lot of cats. My moms allergic so I cant have one of my own. They're so relaxing and therapeutic to have around, so this is nice to fall asleep to!

Hehe :D Pixel just loves scritches. Nacho isn't so keen on brushing, but will take it. I started brushing them at a young age to get them used to it. Pixel often runs up to me if she hears the brush sounds. Lol.
