Ok. That just broke my heart again. 😢 I enjoyed seeing her perform with him. She was so classy and elegant. They had great chemistry. ✨
It never ceases to amaze me how many people He touched and encouraged to create within who they are and FREELY express it!
That's just one of many reasons why it's easy to LOVE who he is!
He was always mentoring , encouraging and allowed fellow artists to use his platform to do practice their craft. Loved seeing Misty Copeland dance with him- so elegant and strong💜
Misty Copeland's love & grief for Prince are so palatable. :( Being the pro that she is, she manages to share a sweet, respectful story-while making an excellent point about classical ballet's adherence to unchanging tradition.
Ms. Copeland I know how you feel. I don't talk about Prince with anyone yet, because it still hurts and I never met him.
So beautiful how Prince was so generous of spirit.
+Cathi Phoenix Yes he was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!His heart was as large as the legacy he left us!!!!!!!!!!!
That was a beautiful testimony based on our beloved one " Prince".......
Saw her with Prince twice on the Welcome 2 America tour in 2010 in MSG. Amazing artist and she made "The Beautiful Ones" even more special! Beautiful and amazing!
Who couldn't love MISTY? All her hard work and dedication to her GOD HAS HUMBLED♡
Omg that's so emotional she's a fantastic dancer and I've heard that before that Prince let dancers do what they feel
I will never be as free and courageous as Prince was. That is why he was my hero for over 40 years
Dude influenced so many people
Prince is " forever in my life" and LOVE. He truly was a gift and he wanted to share and inspire and encourage others and he did so generously. I miss him terribly.
He taught me about freedom as well 💜
Pena que esse vídeo não tem legendas, mas pela expressão dela, dá para notar a dor da perda de Prince.
Que será inesquecível.
Regardless of the fact that Prince liked mixing business with pleasure, I have never ever heard any woman speaking about him badly. Contrary you can tell when they start to remember their collaboration together or time they spent with him, they are full of admiration and respect. I think Prince was, beside the Genius Musician he was, beside the artistic side, he was the kind of man you just gotta have huge respect for. But I also think that in some cases they tried to be in front his first and the truest love: the music, and no woman no matter how hot, smart, talented, etc she was, could ever win in that bottle (which bothered them ofc :-D). Prince was THE MAN in every sense of the word.😎💜
misty cool chick

...i think he respected her on a very serious level...she has to study her technique probably even more than he does...ballet is like a religion....when they perform together you can tell she is almost at a loss for what to do because she really is a high priestess of ballet...i could also see that the costume he usually had her wear was too bulky to show her refined technique......however i enjoyed seeing them together...there was such a feeling of romance ...
i think they dated
