    Do you mean B1 receptors and not B2 cause as I understand B2 receptors cause vasodilation in bronchioles and skeletal muscles?

      beta-2 adrenergic receptors. You want vasodilation in the heart.

      The coronary circulation is part of the systemic circulation.
