  • What are the coronary arteries of the heart?

Комментарии • 124

I spent 1 hour not understanding what coronary arteries are since they're bringing blood to the heart and not away from it. You answered all my doubts in the first 20 seconds by saying that the heart needs its own supply of blood to perform as well. THANK YOU for your amazing videos!

I'm a student studying Echocardiography. This video has by far been the best explanation in order for me to understand how the coronary arteries and veins work. Its simple, quick, step by step, and visualization all in one that gave me a great understanding. I will subscribe and continue to watch your videos!

Thank you so much. Great straightforward presentation. So I had a 100% blockage in LAD and Right posterior descending. LAD was stented and they used POBA on right. That anesthemosis part, they couldnt remove blockage because it was too hard. But my thread mill stress test showed great results and they suggested I dont need surgery. Hope that is fine.

I recently came out of stress ecg with ST horizontal depression 1-2 mm for the inferior and lateral leads. Two questions a) does the ecg gives a sense of where the block maybe (Lca or rca) b) what is the better procedure to best find the occlusion CTA or Stress ECHO… seems like former is better and more definitive but like your views. Love this channel and definitely learnt a lot.
