They leave because they can’t hack it because they’re unqualified.

Oh for god sake, what a bunch of whiny BS. Most people are getting really sick of this nonsense.

It's called critical social justice which is an element of cultural marxism which produces an enviornment of resentment in that space

Or maybe, dont hire people because they're a certain demographic. Hire people for their competency and suitability for the position, irregardless of their race/sex/creed etc. At the end of the day not all of us can immediately fit in somewhere nor should we demand others adjust their culture for us.

How bout just hire whoever is most qualified for the job. Simple.

But why assume those who were hired weren’t the most qualified?

@@mstiffany Im not. And I don’t think anyone should and that’s exactly why qualification should be put over skin color. Nobody would ever have to question it including the person that has been hired.

@@funnybunnies1724 lol ok imma go along with your premise for argument sake.. you do realize it’s not just “color” that’s included in DEI correct? There’s gender, sexual orientation and identity to name a few

@@mstiffany 🤔 Not sure why you laughed at my response. Even if there were 100 qualifications for DEI, I still don’t agree with it. ALL people should be included for an interview and only the people who are most qualified and are the best fit for the position should be chosen for the job. Skin color, gender etc should be irrelevant. I know if I was hired for a position I would hate to question whether they hired me for my hard work and skill level or if I was hired based on my gender or skin color. I would want to feel comfortable in my abilities and be known by my colleagues for being highly qualified and not just thought of as a DEI hire. I really think it could be harmful for people’s confidence to possibly question that. I also know that if I was being cared for in a hospital I would hope that doctors and nurses and staff were hired for their qualifications and abilities rather than gender, skin color etc. I could care less about their skin color, gender etc as long as I know I’m getting the best care possible. I think this should be applied to any service. Not trying to be funny this is my genuine opinion.

@@mstiffanyif people are hired and a company has a robust diversity and inclusion policy it’s unlikely (but not impossible ) that the best candidate was hired. Your ethnic background or religion shouldn’t matter when it comes to getting a job

When i came into my current job i was uncomfortable. I was qualified for the job, but still uncomfortable. Because it was a new environment. When you're working at a company working for someone else it's never about you being comfortable. You're there for the job and to make money, not to be comfortable, and it's not your employers job to provide comfort for for you because you have a certain skin color or something.
