That's ridiculous. Biden did put a lot of reforms for people in the Chips Act and the Inflation Reduction Act. His administration has also got inflation down to the lowest level in the developed world except Japan (and possibly Switzerland). Wages are also increasing faster than inflation on the whole. There has also been more union activism and more enforcement of existing laws on the part of the NLRB. That all seems like a win. Besides, with Congress split between both parties right now, and with the dysfunction in the Republican Party, it is unrealistic to expect him to pass anything more right now.
Oh and wages are up despite Biden not cause of him. The union buster in chief ask the rail workers they'll tell you

Why is it that American born blacks are falling behind and yet blacks who've immigrated to America from places like Somalia, Kenya, Nigeria, etc.. are flourishing in America and often within a decade are reaching a middle class standard of living...
Those immigrants have not suffered from generational psychological and economic second class citizenship while being told they are “equal.” They are also self chosen as the most assertive and adventurous of their population. These immigrants do not suffer from that internalized denigration.
One update: Blacks are not “falling behind” economically today but they are suffering more overt negativity than in the years from 1970 to 1990. That is because as the nation gets to be closer to 50-50 whites and minorities, a lot of whites are simply freaked out by that possibility. With Trump and the Republican courting of white Evangelicals (many of them from the old Southern states) the nation has been subject to the validation of what had been covert racism. So you get more legislation whose effects are overtly racist and boldly so. Totally disappointing as well as ironically unChristian.

DEI is allowed to exist in Texas, just not in colleges that are state funded. DEI college offices, seems to only be used as a racially exclusive study hall. I think community should be a collection of like minds. Not just sorting people by their shade of skin color.
