I dont understand about narcolepsy ..does the player that being attacked by the card cannot mpve till the game end or just 1 turn?

It's until the next full round meaning that person needs to wait until everybody made their turns

How about the sedate card? The player out for two turns.. How to count the two turns? Is it the player who is infected by sedate or the attack person?

..extension has new 4 organ plus 20 from the main, if played by 6 players meaning 4 organs each?..

Yeah that's very much correct, though 4-5 players are recommended for full enjoyment but still you can play with 6 players with 4 organs each. It may look easy but not at all.
