I woke up my ninebot battery the internal one and charged but cells are not balanced how do i fix it?

Charging the cells without BMS protection is very dangerous…you wouldn’t know if some cells have higher voltage than the others…applying 42V to the output connector can overcharge some cells resulting in damage and even explosions

On the internal battery, how do you know which side to put positive and negative from the charger?

Hi my friend, thank you for the knowledge! I did that just as you showed and now I'm getting a red light on the battery blinking once every second and when I connect the external battery to the scooter I get error 41, external battery temperature abnormal. Do you know how to fix it?
