    I really liked the direction of the talk.
    Thinking about ownership and/vs the sense of "self" like thought of in Buddhism and the Western Philosophy could be a really interesting subject to be talked about and researched into.

    Animals also have concepts of ownership.

    The concept of ownership benefits disproportionately the people who own more,the rich.Governments should only protect and enforce the concept of ownership only if the rich pay their fair share of taxes.

    Of course Hood misses the key psychological question surrounding the concept of ownership -- how we take possession of our own mental events (which we fail to do every evening when we dream; or when we suffer from schizophrenic thought insertion, hallucinations; somatoparaphrenia, depersonalization...). Way to go.
