What was Villa meant to do, Spencer? “Changed too much”. Did you see Villa’s squad after last season? Lost Tammy (no chance of signing him), same with Tuanzebe. Lost Adomah, Whelan, Jedinak, Hutton, Elphick. James Chester, our club captain, was essentially a loss with his injuries now. Maybe those names don’t seem like much but that’s our top scorer from 17-18 and 16-17. Also former captains and our club’s leaders. We could’ve lost even more in Mings, Hause, and El Ghazi but the club signed them permanently after their loans. Our squad was completely and utterly barebones so what else were Villa supposed to do? They spread out their transfers and thought carefully, unlike Fulham who splashed all their cash at the end of the window in a panic. I’m disappointed you essentially just went with the “doing a Fulham” sentiment when in reality they’re quite different. We’ll see if the end product is the same, but the strategies were different. Villa NEEDED to sign players.
It’s not a thin squad in the slightest, they bought a lot last summer and this summer have invested in youth for the future of anything they have shown more ambition this summer by knowing what they want instead of just throwing money about like a bad man
dennzer DÓD squad is thin. 1RB, 1LB. Origi is meant to be backup for ST and LW. No proper LW cover. Only Shaqiri as RW. And the backups in midfield are big downgrades on their current midfield 3.
James Bower Gk we have Adrian cb we have matip lovren van de berg rb we have clyne hoever lb we can bring Milner in cm Fabinho Henderson wijlnandum milner shaqiri Harry wilson can play there too rw salah shaqiri Lw mane origi st firmino origi
How is man putting Leicester 12th (should be higher), Palace 19th (should be higher), Villa 17th (should be higher) and Liverpool 7th (should be lower)
Tyiler Hanks we also lost our hardest working player and our 2nd best midfielder in Herrera and now instead of him we have one world class midfielder with an average and mid table midfield around him
This May be a very unpopular/slightly biased opinion but I feel Chelsea has one of the best windows if not the best despite the ban. Why? Almost 280 mil gained through player sales where Marina miraculously has pulled so much £ out of deadwood. Of course bringing in Kovacic and Pulisic who will both excel in Franks early system. Not only this but we’ve managed to pen down some of England’s most important players who will be the future and current spine of Chelsea and English Football such a RLC, CHO, Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham Reece James, Fikayo Tomori etc Also smartly extending contracts of other player such as the Willian’s, Pedro’s, David Luiz, etc where we can get the max amount for the deadwood next summer. We have also made clear of the new era and approach the club and hierarchy are taking by appointing Super Frankie Lampard who has the exact same philosophy as the club and bringing in Cech and Makelele, soon Drogba, to bring the Chelsea back etc Overall we have had a criminally underrated window for the business we have done and the way the club is moving. We are massively going under the radar, and as everyone knows, that’s the worst thing you can do to is because we’ll always perform and do the impossible.
They signed a back up defender and a back up goalkeeper which ended up being a smart move because allison is injured now. Wouldnt want mignolet in goal.

Oskar Wano didn’t just say that tho did I. I said they also made some smart loans which by your logic which is “who you sign and sell” should mean they deserve higher than last
Un Named your right it’s ‘WHO’ you sign and sell. By ‘smart’ you mean very mediocre additions that are cheap to an already mediocre side. The transfer window is literally about signing and selling so what else will the table be based on. They made smart moves in terms of barely spending any money but in terms of improving their chances of staying up which is their ambition, I don’t think so pal.
Fulham panic-bought on deadline day. They didn’t buy players who worked in the team but players who were good, just not for them. Villa planned their transfers, bought players who work well under smith and have bought them early on so they can spend pre season adjusting. That Fulham comparison is lazy and doesn’t work. No one makes fun in wolves for signing 16 players after getting promoted

Im a liverpool fan but even im sad at the fact that kompany left man city after basically winning the league for them against leister.
F for him leaving Man city.
Snipez _Games it was pre arranged, I’m a city fan. It was 11 years service. It’s fine he’s gone
@@dankedoge9782 he won you lucky fellows the league arent you sad it wont happen this year?
Spencer: “I think Andy Carroll's has too many injuries to play”
Also Spencer: “Jack Wilshere can play with Rice in England's midfield”
You know it’s the start of the prem when spen bangs out these vids.. agreed with most of your points I didn’t find West Hams position biased they had a double decent transfer window
Love your vids Spence keep up the cracking work
What was Villa meant to do, Spencer?
It’s currently 2am in California I’m about to go to sleep and I see this 🙃 thanks a lot Spencer 🙄😂😂
Go to bed.
Typical plastic fans from America can't support their own team in MLS
@@David1991. jesus christ dude chill out, he just said he likes spencers vids
@@David1991. Why it's bad to like a foreign country's team more, than one your country's teams??
@@sonicthedog5065 he didn't say he like his video. He watched his video a lot
villa got rid of 12 players on the first day of the window, so they had to spend a lot of money on players to replace those lost players
Good vid, and even as a Chelsea fan I can't be mad lol
I think we should be a bit higher. Bc we have Mount, Batsman, Abraham, R.James and Zouma. And they are like new signings
ninja always take a Spencer vid with a grain of salt 99% of what he sais is either wrong or contradictory
ninja they’re not new signings though, they’re just coming back from loan
Spencer, your channel is so underrated, you deserve way more subs than what you have, quality channel with great content
Liverpool have to be bottom of this list. No ambition when clubs around. Spurs and City are vastly improving. A very thin squad
And it would unsettle the team
Also just because they haven’t spent loads of money doesn’t mean there is no ambition
Love your content man! Nearly 2 Million subs! Keep it up mate👊
Brighton also bought Mathew Clarke from portsmouth for just under 5 mil
About time i see some good uploads from spen, feels like the last one i can remember is wheel of FUT season 1
I’m loving the uploads I keep coming off my game as I’m so excited to watch this
How is man putting Leicester 12th (should be higher), Palace 19th (should be higher), Villa 17th (should be higher) and Liverpool 7th (should be lower)
I’m a Manchester United fan and I think you put them way too high, this window was trash for us.
Not really we got a beast defense now. And we got rid of lukaku and velencia
Tyiler Hanks we also lost our hardest working player and our 2nd best midfielder in Herrera and now instead of him we have one world class midfielder with an average and mid table midfield around him
@@xdanrp7981 you're forgetting that we have scott mctominay and hes got elite leadership material
TH Gaming Wales beast defense lol after watching sevilla a tjink u shud delete this comment
Not only this but we’ve managed to pen down some of England’s most important players who will be the future and current spine of Chelsea and English Football such a RLC, CHO, Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham Reece James, Fikayo Tomori etc
Also smartly extending contracts of other player such as the Willian’s, Pedro’s, David Luiz, etc where we can get the max amount for the deadwood next summer.
We have also made clear of the new era and approach the club and hierarchy are taking by appointing Super Frankie Lampard who has the exact same philosophy as the club and bringing in Cech and Makelele, soon Drogba, to bring the Chelsea back etc
Overall we have had a criminally underrated window for the business we have done and the way the club is moving. We are massively going under the radar, and as everyone knows, that’s the worst thing you can do to is because we’ll always perform and do the impossible.
I reckon liverpool are very low with arsenal winners
This is the best video I’ve seen in a while
How tf is Liverpool 7th? They've signed basically no one
They signed a back up defender and a back up goalkeeper which ended up being a smart move because allison is injured now. Wouldnt want mignolet in goal.
When I was younger I watched spencer then I stopped I didn’t like the content , then I saw another of his on recommend and watched it I throughly enjoyed it , your one of the only creators I can watch thanks for the great content
I think totingham and arsenal should be switched around but apart from that well put
I totally agree this table is bs
Lawson Agar he thinks saliba is in on loan
Hi spencer I would just like to say you have been my favourite RUclipsr for over 5 years now. I watch all of your videos. So Thank you . And good luck to hashtag United in the next season . Please reply as it will make me so happy!
Man U 4-0 Chelsea, watching just a few hours after, who else?
You made some really good points in the video. Keep up the good work. :D
I think Palace is unfair. Cahill, Camarasa and McCarthy could be good players for them
Cameron Bierman loooool
needed a striker and right back replacement and got neither
These videos of urs is the best please do it every year and even in January
How has Liverpool had a better transfer window than Leicester
I watch this vid annually so glad that your finally impressed with my clubs business 😂😂😂
So, liverpool's team is literally the same as last season and he keeps them at 7th 🤔 and Chelsea at 20th...
I know
Great logic there by the bias west ham fan
@@blue_lion1221 Chelsea lost Hazard though
You can still delete this
Liverpool kept their entire first team, Chelsea lost around half their goals and assists in Hazard...
I dont agree.. I think Arsenal would be number one and spurs number two. Arsenal did make better signings on crucial areas, yes they lost their cm. But spurs lost their rightback... The Gunners had the best transfer window this Summer, and most of the neutral soccer fans will agree
With Southampton your missing danso he was announced after deadline day
regardless of whether he backs your team or not, this guy constantly puts his opinion out there backed with the relevant facts. top vid. Come on you spurs
How have Norwich not been put bottom? Get promoted and only spend one million
Ik
Jake Kelly brought in smart loans and already had a good squad
Un Named So your telling me if Man City should have one it because they have the strongest squad. This isn’t about your current squad it’s about who you sign and sell..Jog on mate
Idk why whenever spencer talks about Man U he's honest and is never biased with United and that sometimes always makes agree with him
Nothing ever beats spencer fc premier league predictions and transfers
Who Misses Spencer’s West Ham Vlogs. Please bring those back Spence 👏
Has to be man utd after signing the new Ryan giggs
Are you mad, he will never be as good
Cheers Spence, wasn’t expecting us first
You placed West ham in 6th place and they lost to man city 5-0
The video was prob made before
Yes he does
this has to be on of the most dramatic transfer window of the decade
HOW ARE LIVERPOOL SO HIGH UP?
@@harrijones3193 only one
Fulham panic-bought on deadline day. They didn’t buy players who worked in the team but players who were good, just not for them.
Villa planned their transfers, bought players who work well under smith and have bought them early on so they can spend pre season adjusting. That Fulham comparison is lazy and doesn’t work. No one makes fun in wolves for signing 16 players after getting promoted
Think you need to do a bit more research on the villa signings spencer mate
I'm a Sheffield United fan I'm bias but we signed the best from the championship and people like jagialka mousset and Morrison
One for the trophy cabinet for spurs 😂😂
Hey,I have a wierd question. So Spencer it's my good friends birthday on the 18th and he is a biiiiiig fan of you[by fan I mean he's basically becoming you]. So I was wondering if you could say a little happy birthday message in one of your upcoming videos. He is also a big Hashtag fan. His name is Alfie and he's gonna be 11. Anyway, keep up the good work.
Since when did David Luiz "strengthen" teams?
When teams have Mustafi as a CB 😂
CM loooool
Because he’s a good centre back you mong
I can’t believe I’ve been watching for 4 years and haven’t noticed until now
Arsenal 2nd. I’m sorry but they have made significantly better transfers than s*urs
Thank you spencer for the predictions i love tour videos
Henderson went to Sheffield Utd, not Palace
0 0 different Henderson
Spencer next fifa we’re needing a forever blowing or something with the same format absolutely gold that series we get your busy but would love to see a good fifa series I know you have tried a few things but when you pick the cards out the pots it’s absolutely class
Liverpool 7th best window. 😂
Who should they have bought doing the window?
I’m a Sheffield United fan and you are the only person on RUclips who I’m happy with there prediction and you talk sense so thank you 🙏
Mate he's just put us 3rd bottom for transfers which is just stupid, we've massively improved the squad, not at a huge cost and we've kept the core of the team the same, so there should no issues with team bonding. We've suceeded on all 3 criteria he said at the start, yet he puts us 17th
Nah fam spurs should’ve been 2nd and arsenal 1 that’s madness🤯🤯🤬
HE DONT LIKE ARSENAL!!!!!!!!!!

Tottenham over arsenal😂😂😂 pure wrong
