Not quite sure if that's a 69 GTO it's got 69 Lemans quarter panels on it it also has 69 Lemans tail lights and 68 GTO Fender badges. I'd definitely look at the body tag and confirm 242 VIN. Someone could have just replaced the quarter panels and the tail lights and the fenders years ago.
