@mohammedlasheen9856. The "volume rocker" is the design of the control button with a central pivot point. A rocker typically is a button that has a dual function, in this case you can adjust the volume by sliding or "rocking" up and down.

Note 10 was the best phone I ever had and I had an iPhone 8 plus. I'm due an upgrade from a Sony Xperia 5 III and the fold/flip are amongst the options. I'd like to hope the fold 6 is miles better than the note 10.

The thing on the right side of the frame above the volume rocker is the mmWave 5G antenna. Love seeing someone get the Navy Fold6 since that's what I'm also planning to get!
@@TechItBeforeYouWreckIt yes that is true since it's very sensitive to obstructions. The concept is similar to antenna lines around phones which are of different material than the rest of the frame for optimal reception.
I think the slot you weren't sure about is actually the antenna for the 5g modem! Higher frequencies like millimeter wave are very susceptible to interference to they make large cutouts
Another good review of this phone. The only thing I wish you reviewers would do is play video be it RUclips or another streaming app in full screen to see how it's portrayed. I have other mobile devices or laptop to watch movies etc, but I watch alot of movies and RUclips on my phone, this video is actually an example of that, so for me I need to try and see how usable the phone is fully open.
As a Fold 4 user I will tell you to trade it in! Samsung will give you a 1000 dollars for a 2 year old phone that you won't get 300 bucks for on reseller sites. With the discounts and pre order credits I got the Fold 6 for 760.00 bucks before taxes. It's a great deal and upgrade for Fold 4 users.
I found out that that weird indent on the side of the phone is a plastic window that allows 5G connectivity. Apparently 5G can’t pass through the rest of the shell.
Can u do the comparison for iPhone 15 pro max, samsung galaxy s24 ultra, and the Samsung galaxy z fold 6. I'm trying to get a new phone soon and want to know which one is better.
This is a worthy step up in specs but honestly it's a decision of foldable screen or standard phone format. That's a tough one as it's 100% personal preference IMHO.
I could see why this would be a tough decision. Definitely an upgrade but not sure if it's a leap for someone on a five. I guess it depends on what the cost would be?
@dreco2x199 There are never any really good trade-in deals. We'll pay fifteen hundred dollars for a phone and sell it for four hundred dollars toward trade-in credit for a minor upgrade. And even if your phone is in immaculate condition, you won't get nearly what you paid for it.
@TechItBeforeYouWreckIt been that way from the 1st day of ownership and I'm sure the zfold6 is the same but I still love the Z fold 3 u can't beat it for texting n when I'm driving I have texting app and navigation open at same time and and it's like having 2 phones beside each other

Dude yea i have the fold 3 and on the samsung site when i traded my fold 3 the fold 6 went down from $2k to $900..i had to get it.
Also switching from fold 3 sadly in the UK trade in offers are rubbish but happy with upgrade.

I'll stick with the fold 5. I do like the improved form factor it will make upgrading in the future more appealing should I decide to do so

With the trade-in deals, if you're in the U.S., it's kind of a no-brainer to get it.
