Twilight princess, hands down, but don’t forget that Mineru is Zelda’s relative in tears of the Kingdom. It seems that Sonia and Mineru both represented two major parts of Zelda‘s mother’s personality. Mineru was very scientific and scholarly like Zelda’s mother who love to study Sheika technology with her daughter and Sonia was able to teach Zelda how to use her powers better, which is something that her mother also would’ve done eventually if she has not died when Zelda was six. That’s probably why Zelda was so emotional at the end, but Milner had a greater bond with Link, Zelda, and the player in twilight princess.
I don’t think this comparison makes much sense to me. Mineru was trying to help Zelda in a few memories and we don’t get to know her much almost just a side character that tbh I didn’t pay much attention to. Midna is alongside you the entire game fighting together the ups and downs of Twilight princess so of course everything about her would end on a more satisfying deserving note.

The low quality mirror break ruins the midna ending for me. It always makes me burst out laughing.
