Excellent....I really enjoyed seeing you enjoy your food and beverages...I am pretty much the same way when I fly whether it be short or long haul. I do enjoy being wined and dined the entire flight! One of my goals is to fly Emirates and it would be nice to be able to fly them out of Seattle since I lived there in Kent for over 20 years. I remember flying between Seattle and Anchorage, I was always hungry and many times got to have two meals on my flights as there was always extras...what memories! Thanks for sharing your journey!!!!

I flew Emirates similar planes, 777-300ER from Nairobi to Dubai under command of Captain Graemme Hannah and the experience was incredible. Very smooth flight

Went with the family via Dubai from London Gatwick, going to Africa. Used A380 from UK! What a dream it was to fly Emirates and our connecting flight 777-300 er

Nice video, I have 31 hrs of flying time from Auckland to Toronto via Dubai for next year May 29th, 2024 in A380 with Emirates can’t wait but first 28 hrs in business class going to Auckland via Dubai

In your world the moon circumnavigates the 13 times a year, that’s why you flown on 13th month (it’s 52weeks per year so you must be right).
Wow... I've always flown as coach seats.. one of these days, it would be nice to do First Class... someday... You're flying out from my city. Cool... I've done a 12-hour flight over the Pacific to Asia... it was such a long and exhausting flight, along with some minor turbulence along the way.. not sure if I want (or can) to do a 12-14 hr flight again... We'll see...
I'd highly recommend! F/A's are constantly checking to see if you want something :)
12 hours is not enough when flying in First ;)
I am 74 years old. Finally we did South Africa (from Miami). We used points on Qatar. It took us 43 hrs of non stop air travel to get back from Cape Town from the time we woke up till the time we got home. Three flights plus layovers. 2.3 hours to Jobeg. 8hrs to Doha and 15! hours to Miami one after another plus layovers. And this was on coach. So if this old man and his wife can do it, so can you. Just pay extra to get a good seat. Or else. The secret is napping or better just sleeping.
Have you tried QR's Q-suites? I actually prefer it now because it's less pretentious than Emirates First and much cheaper, nevertheless the seat/suite is excellent and the catering is absolutely out of this world.
I have not. I hope to try it next year. I’ve done Etihad (which I’ll post in the future) but the Q-Suite is on my to-do :)
I flew from Doha to Boston in a Q-Suite. It was fantastic.

Was that a fighter jet at 25:29 ? Generally the flights avoid route over war zone…but glad emirates made it.

Does this particular plane not offer onboard lounge bar area? If so why not?
I looked and didn't see anything.
The Emirates B-777 is not my fav for Business class, with its 3 seats next to each other in the middle, but First Class is a different ballgame. However, I much prefer Emirates A-380!
I flew Emirates Business Class shortly after this flight and I agree, the Business Class seat is outdated compared to others.

The aircraft does not, but the lounges in Dubai do.
With this average lounge experience I am wondering whether paying $10000 for a first class ticket is worth it
From the lounge's perspective, no. haha The Club is very basic.

Seattle and Microsoft have many software engineers came from India. You would expect to see many Indian passengers.
Yep they do. There is even check-in lanes for Microsoft and Amazon specifically, thought that was interesting. :)

Would of been shorter by going over the Artic Ocean but since Russia was banned & it's the same we can not fly though there anymore.
I had a flight before from Abu Dhabi to LAX. Aircraft flew through north pole. It was 16 hrs flight.

@25:17 you said you were over Russia. Emirates does not fly over Russia going from Seattle to Dubai. You fly towards Europe not Russia.

What an awful first class loundge in Seattle ! Everything's so average. I cant get how come passengers who did pay their ticket thousands of dollars cant have some sort of privileged boarding.
