Okay I have finally figured out how to cancel b3 into DDU, so on your D-pad press Down down then instead of pressing up, you have to slide your finger up, so down down slide your finger up, this worked for me on Xbox controller
After doing the first backwards dash out of straight projectile do S4 dash cancel forward travels the farthest and literally the same concept. I bit more advanced but i think this is how S4 was meant to be used but didn't have any good advancing normals to compliment it.
@@tylerbrunton6085dude the quickness you need for it might just be impossible on a ps5 controller the way the buttons are. I just don’t think my reflexes can manage it
Ironically enough. Cyrax is now a really good kameo to pair with rain. But he is used for the net instead of the helicopter. However sonya IMO is his best kameo now.
Thanks for the quick updates after the patch. What is your opinion on Kameos with the 'new' rain. Could you maybe do a vid about that. I skipped the past 2 season, I think a lot of people, and really trying to get back into Rain.
Every guide i try to watch they never actually explain how to cancel the back 3. No matter how i try to cancel it, it doesnt do anything. Please make a guide on how to actually cancel that attack.
Welp i thought I wanted to learn this character but I jave been here for 2 hours and can never get the cancel to come out after F21 consitently and when it does I never get the B3 combo. I then tried to do the B3 into DDU, yeah that crap never cancels, I tried for another hour after the initial two. F### this character!
I did figure out that you can do B3 into cancel B3 way easier than F21 cancel B3. Im not sure why maybe the other isnt possible anymore, still havent been able to cancel any string into DDU...maybe thats not possible anymore either

In my experience you have to be mad quick like almost as or just before the B3 lands

Me personally I b3 and dd with my left thumb and quickly flick up on the left stick with my right thumb

U use super kick cancels or ever throw that out there as a anti air ? I find it to be pretty useful there

2:16 i cant conect f21 cancel b3 in combo, i cant find the right timing, who can help with this thing
It doesnt matter how fast you dash cancel you have to focus on pressing b3 extremely fast after the dash
