Grow your own espalier plum tree! This episode I am pruning my mariposa plum tree! If you have an interest in gardening, and a small space to trellis a fruit tree, an espalier plum could be the tree for you. This episode is all about managing an espalier plum tree, trellising, pruning and harvesting. Plums are very hardy - and they're delicious! Try a plum salad. This isn't a low maintenance choice but it is wonderfully fun if you have the time.
