Suffered we these weekly since i was 21 (48 now) they all started when i started a desk job in 1998 and would have a phone wedged under my shoulder for 9hrs a day non stop. I dont do that job anymore and i stand up all day now for work but the damage was done. Doctors had no clue but with a bit of research myself its 100% cervicogenic headaches. I will try and add all these into my exercise routine and hopefully try and ease them up. What a horrible condition to have.
@@gabitsu-ftw3871 pretty good to be fair , if i feel one coming on i will do some chin tucks and slight neck stretches and it seems to be keeping them at bay.
Excellent pair of videos. Interestingly, I started having more success when I added exercises that combine both thoracic and cervical extension, i.e. modified supermans. I think in my case there just wasn't enough strength in the extensors to keep the upper back from slumping forward throughout the day, placing excessive load on the cervical spine.
My physio called the first stretch 'chin tucks' I know I’m doing it right when I have triple chins 😂 I NEED to do all of these more often they really help thank you 🤗
I got rid of all headaches, migraines with aura, depression, anxiety, and joint pain in just two weeks by doing a carnivore diet. Mainly it's eliminating all sugar and carbohydrates from your diet. Wheat is the biggest culprit in this. I personally added pickles with meat and it still worked getting rid of my headaches, joints and muscle pain.
I've had this issue for almost 7 weeks now and it's caused a lot of depression and anxiety thinking it will never go away. Do you know how long it takes to heal with these exercises? Thank you❤
Do you have any advice with sleeping positions with this issue? I keep waking up with the headaches and once they are there no amount of ibroprufen and paracetamol will get rid of them. Thanks for the video, will be implementing these everyday.
The headaches are gone, they were from tight muscles like traps, SCM, and Levators. Also did exercise for thoracic outlet syndrome and the funny feeling in my head is finally gone. However in the process my neck became weak. Today I had some slight pain in the neck only near the vertebrae but it's NOTHING compared to what I went through with the discomfort the headaches caused. Should I do the static exercises along with chin tucks (carefully)?
Hello brother,i been struggling with headaches from tight traps,SCM and Levators,Pecs and who knows what else for the last 5 years, been doing different excercises and its getting better, but i still got headaches from time to time,do you mind sharing what kind of excercises helped you the most?
2 montgs ago i started getting daily sharp shooting stabbing head pains mostly on my right side it shhots randomly in back of head or top of head behind the esr temple forhead my neck in the tight is tense
I went to a chiropractor last week and I’m feeling a lot better this week. He also suggested me an exercise to do which is also helping with the pain management. Try to visit a good chiropractor in your area once.

I find a really good pillow is essential. I used a crushed memory foam pillow from Kmart. Cheap but awesome

Do you have a video that teaches the “harder strengthening” exercises you mentioned at the end of this video?
Just have a look through my channel!
What kind of pillow are you using?
Have you found it? I want to buy it as well!
