It's so weird seeing the exact place I was standing today in a documentary from 1989

It's a lovely old town! I noticed several references to the traffic, the by-pass is now 36 years old and the traffic is no better in the town. Ever considered the noise, dirt and smells when we used horses? All those iron bonded wheels and hooves on cobbles....I think it would have been even worse!

I guess the bypass was finished in fall of '89 when I was there. I don't remember much traffic frequenting the pubs and hanging out and about.

Thank you for sharing this. The town of Warminster, Pennsylvania, USA is not as pretty as this original Warminster, England.
