FM 7-22.7 says TECHnically & TACTically. FM takes precedence over previous DA forms etc. For all of those confused.

I will remain tactically and technically proficient. You have it backwards. Not to be a hard ass but yes it matters in most cases with the board.
If you google NCO creed, you will find both variants online in printable form. ncocreed.com has it this way
