    "..but adult ravens are generally left alone."
    Yeah, because they are humongous, and they WILL grab some friends to go and harass whoever tries to attack them. Sometimes for days.
    Some raven "packs" have been known to harass falcons and hawks for MONTHS.
    So most predators have learned to stay away from them, unless they can silence them in a single blow.
