Thank you for showing us your travels getting to turkey, no luggage, troubles with the security guard, and meeting the great Turkish man who invited you into his home. The journey is half the fun.
They were beautiful abandoned. I could only imagine how beautiful the outcome would be if they succeeded. Seems like they bit off more than they could chew. Awesome video!
I don’t understand why they built so many without selling along the way to keep the money coming in. Why build so many uncomplicated houses ? Very strange.
China has real estate problems as well. The people thought putting money into real estate was their way to grow their fortune. So they invested in companies that built places like these or houses that will never get built because the company ends up folding.
Both properties were crazy. It was a really cool explore. I enjoyed it. Neat, neat and more neat. Too bad they never got finished. What a waste. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
We, as a Turk, follow you as a family, when that dishonest security guard realized that you guys tourist,he immediately asked for money, I wish you had complained… I would also like to thank Mr. Engin for hosting you well.
I really enjoyed this video. Thank u for ure hard work and showing us everything.Looking forward for ure next video. For now God Bless u ure wife and ure buddy that was with u today.
The Friend you made Mr. Engin was really awesome. I love how welcoming and happy he was to share his home with you guys. It is very wholesome to see such a connection with a great friendly local
Booya.... you couldnl't have hooked up with anyone better than Moreno...loved his channel for years. This is great...what a wonderful surprise and a great team up. AWESOME
what would you do with it ? You would essentially be living in a brick house with no electricity plumming or heating? not to mention you would need to repair the house to make it even protect you from the wind. then there is also the fact it is in turkey a country known for there questionable treatment of non turks. being given one would be worse then not being given one because you will have something useless in your life that ypou need to wworry about
I get what you mean, they are beautiful, but there are too many and they need finishing. Wealthy people wouldn't want to live like this, all in the same identical property, it's madness. I would only like to teleport there to explore them, although having seen one would know them all! I would not want to live there or be gifted one. Not ideal. But magical to hang out there for a short time.
Seriously, You guys are so brave to be doing all the traveling and unknowns just to make these videos. I am so happy to watch all I can. Be safe stay well an rested. Thank You both an your new friends . ❤❤
Two of my favorite explorers together in Turkey. What a treat. What a unique experience that you made a new friend who cooked for you and invited you to stay in his home for the night. Shout out to Engin! How did I miss this video 2 months ago? My bad. It won't happen again.
wow beautiful country, loved the castles, your friend I don't know how to spell his name turned out to be awesome, and I love cats too, I had a cat she was a grey color long haired, if I held food up above her head she would stand on her back feet, I could move it in a circle and she would turn around on her back feet in a circle, she passed July of this year and was 14 years old, I really enjoyed the video and can't wait to see the rest, thank you for sharing
Thank you!I love 💕 castles! So many🙃and you’re so tall hard to hide. And seeing Maureno w/you at that nice host to treat giving you both dinner and entertainment w/guitar 😁So cool. The explore looks like a wealthy compound,vs trailer park, but secluded too much.Well it gave some jobs for workers. The Mountain backgrounds were great 👍.Ok always be careful on your trips!😁
Hey! It's great to see Maureno on here. Nice to watch two guys that I follow take us on a journey to Turkey!! Can you imagine what this place would look like if all those mini castles were all done..great find guys! Stay safe healthy and blessed out there...from Southern California 🍃🍂
Easy to say in with hindsight why it failed. But: 1. Nearly 120KM from the Black Sea or anything remotely resembling sea front 2. The prices indicated on the brochure are comparative to 1-3 bedroom flats and apartments in central London. Overpriced. 3. Closest airport is over 140KM away 4. Whilst in the mountains, it doesn't offer anything remotely 'picturesque' or something out of the ordinary. 5. Surrounding areas look very underdeveloped. I feel sorry for the people who purchased properties before the construction started. Poor advise.
Great video of great explore. Looking forward to the Turkey series in Dec. December is my birthday month so I'm going to act like they are my birthday present! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Really enjoyed this exploration. The first set of houses were kind of creepy how they were all built the same. The castles are pretty, just bizarre that they have so many castles. Thank you for showing us this.
I agree that the first set of homes was a movie set. Love Explomo, and was glad to see Moreno there with you. However, you guys made me nervous when you trusted the gentleman that made you dinner. I was a nervous wreck. It was a really wild and strange explore. Thanks for sharing.
This was so cool! Suspenseful too! Loved it and hope you didn't catch pneumonia from the rain!! Turkey has done pretty strict laws glad you made it home safe and hope your better!
So awesome watching you make your RUclips dream's come true. I remember watching a Cancun cruise video you made around 3 year's ago. I also live in good ole Duncan America. 😂✌🏻 It's nice to see you succeeding and living the dream. Love your videos keep reaching for the stars ⭐⭐⭐ Stay safe and God bless!!!
I am from America and i was following Morano before you and it's funny you are with him on this tour and i can't wait to see how the both of you describe it on your channel
The Styrofoam is used to for testing different looks and styles, it's cheaper to make and simulate than the actual materials, which is why it was only seen on the test houses that were more developed.
Styrofoam for decoration and insulation. Concrete roofs are a great idea. They would never need replacing and would not be damaged in hail storms. No garages = no sale! Maybe the market just rejected the whole idea.
Hello hello I've sent you a shout out on your other shows and this one on the Disney castles in turkey raised my eyebrows . Now whose responsible for that please me shout out on this story very interesting I like to know more keep jump the good work your team do.and stay safe from denise
Are there any developments like either of these that are occupied? I know abandoned is your thing, and you do it well, I just think it would be interesting to see something like that full of residents. Safe travels, enjoy!!
lol…. Check out any 50s suburban subdivision probably pretty close.👍🏻 by the way. He does do it well & Explomo (Maureno & Remon) have an awesome channel too! It was an unexpected surprise that blew me away!
@@MaMaSmo123 I would like to see a neighborhood full of this type of novelty housing with people living there. I've never seen 50's suburban homes that look like these.
Grosse Pointe Shores, a Detroit suburb located on the western shore of Lake St. Clair, is the wealthiest town in Michigan. Not meaning to offend anyone. I'm 73 and we had plenty of high brow inner city suburbs we used to ride thru on Sundays with their Caddy's in the Driveway and castle like peek bedrooms. ...Houses rarely stay the same when people add their own touches. Sorry you felt I was criticizing you.

Amazing explore and with two of my favourite explorers! But such an ill thought out project for the investors in the Disney castles.......such a waste. Why not space the buildings out and sell a few of them off to fund the next phase? This was a criminal way to ruin a naturally beautiful area. It should never have been started. Well done guys.
The kindness of strangers, gives you a nice warm feeling.
Carter, I absolutely love your channel, awesome stuff, hi from 🇬🇧
Thank you for showing us your travels getting to turkey, no luggage, troubles with the security guard, and meeting the great Turkish man who invited you into his home. The journey is half the fun.
build them in sections and sell/rent them as you build. who on EARTH thought building all of this at once was a good idea??
What would be the best way to do it?
I, as a Turk, this is the best idea for bankrupt. They succeeded.
@@jesuslagunes3658to build like 5 have them move in build 5 more

WOW! It's amazing to me the waste of money on this project! Thank you for sharing, and what a nice guy you got to meet! Hope you both enjoy your trip!
Not a waste they probably made a movie and got more money than they originally made for the first part and the second probably designs.
