Amazing planespotting RFD. It was bizzare and stunning. I love the 747s including the atlas air, the 767s, AN-12, and the Korean 777-300ER. This is on my to-do list when i come to chicago soon.
Awesome! I only saw a National Air 747 and and a Emirates 777 the last time I went to Rockford. So many cool aircraft! Also I saw the DC-9 and it was part of an airshow at Rockford a few years ago.
Thanks very much! National is a regular here at RFD and I want to catch them soon also. Emirates was a series of charters so they don't fly here anymore but hopefully they will be back soon! The DC-9 you mean is actually an MD-87. It sadly won't ever fly again.
Terrific catches and video! You are getting a lot of interesting stuff at Rockford. At Dulles and BWI besides the main international service we get Omni Air International as our most frequent cargo plane coming in and out.
Great video. I live up by Madison and use RFD often to get to Cancun. I was trying to figure out when RFD really became busy with cargo planes? I didn’t notice it ten years ago, but maybe it’s been like this for a while?
I was literally steps away from you... I had saw the korean air land and the water canon salute in a parking lot down a bit from where you saw it land.
Thanks! The "tour guide" is actually the guy who runs the airport, he's the director actually. It definitely was cool to hear about all the airport plans and see it all!
@@ASAviation Yeh it was cool hearing about how all that grass would some day be ramp and all, I just meant him talking about the lines that the planes follow and how the 747’s are leaving passenger service
That Antonov 12 looking FRESHHH
Nicely captured 👌

Thanks a lot man.
01:57 "Rockford is a very tough town." Yes it can be...
Great video AS loved all of the beautiful planes ✈️ Keep it up!
Let's go!
Love the 747 line-up and the AN-12 on the ramp! Also the Korean Air 777!
Great planes to see for sure, thanks man!
Fantastic Footage AS! Really enjoyed this and lucky that you were able to get up-close to those 747s!!!
Thanks a lot man! Glad you enjoyed.
The Korean 777 was stunning, so amazing that you got to go airside. Looks awesome 👏
Thanks a lot! Hope to do it again for you guys!
Wow very cool! Many interesting 747s
Awesome video! I kept on seeing the Korean Air 777 every week day on flightradar24 since the beginning of November.
Thanks! They are 5x weekly now to RFD which is super awesome.

Imagine how crazy it would be if Korean Air actually flew out of here lol
Would be tough to fit on the ramp that’s for sure.

Oh no way..that's crazy lol.
PTFS refrence
I wonder why they have an Antonov AN-12B sitting at Rockford
It brought in auto parts from Laredo, TX as Rockford has a major Jeep Cherokee assembly plant nearby in Belvidere, IL.
Sir kindly apse kuch bt krni ha
Stunning Video! so many 747s!, loved the Korean Air inaugural too, an airside tour like this is definitely on the bucket list
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed, hope I can do it again and produce an even better video for you all.
wow! Some amazing stuff here! I bet you knew everything the tour guide was telling you but still a great experience, that AN-12 was nice to see

Incredible catches mate!! What a day to be airside with the antonov the 747s and Korean
Thanks very much bro. Imagine an airside tour at KHI...that would be something else.
@@ASAviation …more chances of emirates sending an a380 here than an airside tour at khi 😢
