  • Welcome to Day 2 of my 12-Week Lean Muscle Program for Men & Women. Likely your lower body is a little sore from yesterday’s training. Remember to get in all of your meals and supplements to help promote recovery as well as to energize you for today’s training.
    Today, you’ll begin with steady-state cardio in the morning followed by a full back session several hours later. However, if you weight train in the mornings, then I want you to perform your 15 minutes of steady-state cardio later in the day-just make sure you split your cardio and your weight training today. For back training we’ll emphasize basic moves for about 15 reps for all sets.
