A lot of Africans speak over 4 languages. They are very smart! I can barely speak English lol. Having seen what goes on in many parts of Africa, I’m glad the asylum program exists. I can’t imagine living in a country where I fear for my life.
@@Ashshaka1 God bless you for this wise words. Those in the developed world do not know what we face here in some parts of Africa. I bet some of them would not survive half of the daily and continous trauma we face if they were in our shoes. That is why i applaud countries like Canada and Australia for making sure that all lives matter by encouraging migration.

+James p Mahon I'll help you out with an answer to your first question as you were clearly given a pack of lies from "Bernard-of-Cameroon".The vast majority of African countries whilst having independence now for almost seven decades have not exactly fared well have they? in fact some say it's been a complete disaster with few exceptions (Botswana springs to mind). Africa proudly boasts some of the most backward, has more dictatorships, poverty and conflict than any other continent on earth hence anyone with any sense or hope of the future gets out as quick as they can.On their journey northwards they need shed loads of cash to pay the people smugglers (always a tricky subject as they are all supposed to be poor and desperate in the eyes of liberal, white Europeans) and more importantly they need to have tales of hardship: at least one story of rape,torture, imprisonment culminating in why they can never go back home.Quite WHY Europe (and other parts of the developed, white skinned world) needs such people, feels the need to accommodate these people or will in any way be enhanced by their presence remains a mystery even more so now that Europe is itself facing similar hardship: high unemployment, social unrest, corruption and economic inequality.Quite why bringing people from Lagos, Nairobi and Khartoum onto the streets of Athens, Barcelona and Sheffield is a subject rarely touched on or if it is colonial guilt is raised forgetting that many countries: Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Nigeria, Uganda and Kenya were models of progressive economic advancement until black majority rule wrecked their economies - Zimbabwe perhaps the most extreme example.
Why all these negative comments here, Black Africans can't support and can't love themselves. This guy story being truth or not, end of the day that is sad life story and the UK government accepted it. We should be happy for him doing well overseas untill he comes back home one day to give back sometime to his country as he said in his interview. So why you Africans are dropping negative messages here. Oh my God, Black Colorado is a curse. I can't believe this.....
