Is this not a strawman? He is changing his argument that "noone can run for presidency more than twice" to "no body can run for presidency more than twice".
@@RichardColon-j6p That's not what this logical fallacy is. There is no word being used to mean two different things. Further, your example makes perfect sense. If they were to say "I didn't spend 1 million dollars" that leaves the possibility they spent less or more than a million dollars. Saying "I did not spend a single penny" is just another way of saying they spent nothing - its not literally referring to a penny. They may still be lying of course, but that's not relevant to this fallacy. Also, do you have any specific examples of Obama and Biden saying this?
@@iamthekingof1omillionsunsets Obama always opened his speeches with a lie, "the majority of Americans," blah, blah, lie, blah, when the majority of Americans never gree with the lying Kenyan. Biden has Alzheimers, so he reads Obama's words. Off script, he's just a mumbling fool. democrats

Obama, and Biden always say I didn't spend or I didn't take,"not on penny," when it's millions of dollars, which is not a "penny."
