I was coming off of ketamine and CS was quite new to me. The episode started with that scene and I was already giggling like hell how Ted and Charlie were roasting the shit out of Schaltt for that comment but neither did I know that that was an isolated preview nor did my high mind realize it when the episode actually started.
Cut to the moment occuring (chronologically sound) but now with context and I had trouble breathing because with context it was like Schlatt had ripped that brainfairt into a megaphone.
