He would remix certain tracks and press only 5-10 copies, and that was the run-off. So obv. he was the only one who could play them, right? Then, some house producer would go back to his own studio and try to "recreate" the junior mix and get the track released. Oftentimes, those tracks blew up, and Junior would either not get the credit, or he'd then go ahead and release his original remix. The ones who didn't know would then say, "Junior's a fucking punk: he stole that track from this poor guy who isn't as famous as Junior, blahblahblah." But really, the track was Jr.'s the whole time. Thats when the Palladium was King from 86 to like 91. The Palladium was huge and had a great setup. The only club set up better was Exit/Carbons/Mirage which was the largest club in NYC
1st is similar to DJ Sandy vs. Housetrap - Overdrive but it was released 2 years later in 1998... the original, common sample came from Kat Mandu - The Break from 1979... and now that's all... 2nd is Astral Matrix - Toward Omega
