If you don't mind me asking you can you please recommend me a hyaluronic acid serum for dry skin and sensitive skin besides loreal Paris as it is a bit expensive for me
Earth Rhythm hyaluronic serum. Best for combination to dry sensitive skin. Tried and tested. Must use moisturizer after applying any hyaluronic serum to lock the moisture provided by the hyaluronic serum or else it will be lost in the air, resulting in drier skin. During the day time, top it up with a broad spectrum sunscreen during the day. Hope it helps! 🤞

Skin barrier is basically the outer layer of our skin (the epidermis). It can get damaged because of a lot of things like too much sun exposure and exfoliation, using too many actives, cold weather etc. which can lead to itchiness, dryness, redness and inflammation on the skin (symptoms of broken skin barrier). As she has shown in the video, ceramide is one of the best ingredients to repair the barrier.
It will be a condition whereskin will be higly inflamed. The following alone or in combination could suggest to broken or inflamed skin barrier:
1. Sudden outburns of acne or pimple in places occurring commonly/uncommonly.
2. Redness along with pain in patches on skin.
3. Extremely flaky dry skin, which may hurt upon movement of facial muscles.
4. Pustules filled blemishes on skin which are extremely painful.
It is a condition that occurs when your skin goes into overdrive. It could happen when you are sensitive to any new active ingredient in your skincare or over exfoliation, which literally damages your skin.

It's good but has fragrance you can also try dot and key, cerasoft Ceramide moisturizer

Honestly, just stop using actives and exfoliants for a while and then use any moisturiser that has the right ingredients (ceramides, Vitamin B5 etc.) and works for you. There are a lot of cheap pharmacy moisturisers that work great. Use a gentle cleanser and wear sunscreen to prevent further damage from sun exposure. Some people might prefer physical/mineral sunscreens when they have a compromised barrier, but I’m not sure if that’s necessary.
