That geyser education stuff is hilarious
How fitting that they mention geysers and gushing during Sam's search for his "personal sock collection."
Man, even after all these years I still love the art in this game.
As well as all the little details, like how you can see the log from both overhead and on the opposite shore, or how you pass by the well's bucket during the minecart bit.

Just cause I feel like you would enjoy this, the voice actress for Sam is also the voice actress for Milo from the Oblongs. I made this connection and the game is much more enjoyable for me. She also did Bobby from King of the Hill but to me thats less enjoyable.

One thing I loved about this game was the Mask, Lunchbox and Flashlight's location would be different each playthrough

Hey Lucah, once you beat this game once, play through it again for a new, more complicated version. The game's short enough that doing both scenarios shouldn't be an issue, and I for one would like to see your reactions to both sides of the Pajama Sam coin.

The mines were always my favorite part and seeing it played again years later I have no clue why
you can click escape to skip scenes like moving around, speech, or cutscenes... but don't do that unless you already have (ex: pajama man book, "gratuitous educational content") this works for all humongous games

lucahjin The water meter comes in to play once you're inside Darkness' House. You have to play a little quiz game in order to access a restricted area of the house, and one of the questions will be about the Land of Darkness. HOWEVER, as this is one of those PC games that changes every time you play it, the Land of Darkness question will always be different. Of the three questions you'll be asked are: What is the color of the flowers in the garden (refering to the flowers near the wishing well), what is the read on the water meter in the mines, and (I think) what is the time on the clock in the living room of Dark's House (located at the bottom of the stairs). Of course since the question is never the same, you won't know what it will be until you take the quiz first.

each item has two different possible locations. some rooms with no use in one game have purpose in other games. Well area is the other place for the lunchbox, an entire area for the other flashlight, but nothing new about the new mask

Was the antisemitism really necessary here? There's got to be jokes you could make that don't involve shitting on an entire group of people who already get shat on enough.
I believe Lucah was raised Jewish. She said so in episode 7 of the South Park LP. She pushes the envelope sometimes and probably went a bit too far here, but I don't think she really has a hateful bone in her body.
Even if Lucah wasn't Jewish, there's a different between being racist and playing on stereotypes. Joking about given stereotypes is okay in the world of comedy, especially when people know those stereotypes have some truth to them. Racism is the generalizing that every person of that group acts like the stereotype.
Goldenblade14 Really, there isn't. Racism is using established power structures to oppress groups weaker than you and keep yourself on top. Perpetuation of stereotypes is one way to do that. Look at any discussion of antisemitism, you'll see people saying "jews can't be oppressed, they run the banks". Shit like this is what convinces those people that the rest of the world agrees with them.
In the world of comedy, there's a guideline. "Don't punch down". Words are a weapon, and the best comedians know this. Why use humor against people who can't fight back, when it could be so much better employed?
