been my man since 2003. Seen him live a few times, his shows never ever disappoint. He’s engaging, witty and funny and seeing him play live in person is an unforgettable experience. Closest I have been is 3rd row from stage. Just an incredible night and show. He’s amazing!
i just recently went to his Bangkok concert and his live performance sounds exactly the same as his recorded songs. Watching him perform live is just like listening to his recorded songs with my eyes closed. So much love for John Mayer 💖

I think that the older he gets the more comfortable he becomes with not having to be a guitar god on every song. I remember in an interview one time he said he refused to write songs with simple chords because he didn't want to let himself off easy. It's been interesting to watch his progression.
