Worth noting that the Smyrna Police Department is like, right behind where you’re eating LOL. Also, the schools in Smyrna aren’t as good as the ones you’d good if you go a little East from there to the Marietta/Roswell area.
Thank you for watching... Currently, it just depends on your budget and what you're looking for. However, I do have a rental guide that you can look into that helps with the process. Here are the details: raymond-riley-jr.mykajabi.com/offers/otSeQkBF
Unfortunately the schools there arent good at all. Smyrna is littered with a lot of older apartments that tend to serve kids from low socio economic back grounds. Therefore the majority of the schools in smyrna are low performing. Most of the folks with hood jobs send their kids to private schools.
Older does not mean cheap or low quality because a few of the older ones are landmark apartments and built very solid. Besides they are well looked after and restored regularly. Not everyone needs to rent these new lookalike poorly built industrial apt complexes just for the sake of. Smart money does not think like that or move like that. Also most of the apartments in Smyrna are not “cheap” or low quality, sure some might be older. You might be confusing the bigger jurisdiction of Marietta to Smyrna.
Great video! Definitely should do one on Mableton next
The food at the end .........REALLY 😋 NOW I AM HUNGRY !
Great video! One of my fave “mexican” places behind you at the beginning, Corner Taqueria! I live in Vinings near the Jubilee, but love that area.
Thanks for watching and commenting 🙏🏾😎
I really love this area too! Oh, nice- there's an Atkins Park over there now! The original one is in the Highlands neighborhood...
