Definitely one of Maxpedition's best designs. I've experimented with most of their pocket organizers and I think the Skinny is the most versatile. Unless you need the capacity of the larger ones, this is a really good compromise and it just feels right to work with. The Fatty is also very good but the 8-inch height of the Skinny really works better with alot of hand tools that you might want to carry.
Rob Cotrone The organizers have no items included. We put gear in the pouches during taping to give a better understanding of what the organizer can hold.
Maybe you should aim for the mini version, since this one tends to be way too big for those sorts of necessities; unless you are planning on carrying way more than the regular insulin, syringes, glucometer, etcetera.
Not really - it's too big. The Micro is the best size for regular pants. For cargo pants, the Mini is probably as big as you wanna go. I've tried both of these and they work well as intended.

Thanks for a great review, and especially thank you for your service to our country! God bless you!
Really enjoyed the video. I'll definitely buy one from your site soon.
Hi. Great review. Just wanted to double check your measurements - the Maxpedition website says it is 21/2 inch wide, not 1 1/2
What's packed into each of the organizers?
Can you do a break down and/or inventory list of items?

Great review.... Just subbed
when you introduced the "Khaki" color one at 2:23 is it just my monitor or does it look like the Olive-drab one and not Khaki color one?
MontiR Aruba Hi, the Khaki color is the standard Maxpedition Khaki. Video sometimes distorts the colors.
Useable sizes.
Do you or will you design a bag like this for diabetics? The bags we get are just cheap garbage and I would love a more durable bag like these.

Where do you keep your rubbers?
Could it fit into a pants front pocket?
