Hi
Just watching this amazing conversation.
I'm a 38 year old single woman, never married and with no kids. It just hit me recently that not being married and having kids at the age I wanted contributes to 90% of why I'm not happy.
This made me wonder aloud, don't you think that growing up in a society where we expect our lives to take a certain trajectory in the following order ie
1. Finish school,
2. Get a job,
3. Get married,
4. Have kids
5. Have a thriving career
Don't you think we miss so much by narrowing our source of joy to having certain things in life, especially kids?
I'm actually wishing that I didn't want these so badly ie have a "work plan" of my life with clear timelines yet I can't control what happens when.
Ohh dear,am of the school of thought, that happiness should come from within not without. I mean, it's too much weight to put on a person/career/or anything else for that matter, what if they cannot bring you what you expected or desired isn't that how you live a frustrated life. I believe a husband/wife/children/career should only add value to what you already are.
Not me wailing throughout this episode! As an ardent viewer of Bumplove I'm especially grateful for yall dear hosts for letting both the videos on fertility be this long! I promise you it's been a worthwhile time listening to Patricia.
To the mothers in waiting, God speed to you all.
Amen
Thank you dears . Am believing and trusting the Lord for a miracle 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I can't get tired of this story I'm so in love with Patricia,s eloquence
God bless you so much Bump love for hosting Patricia Karugaba. Infertility is real and one who has not gone through it can never imagine how painful it is. Patricia may God bless you for being open with your story, it takes a generous and loving person to do that. I was married 7 years without children and your story is so real.
Happy Mutesi you’re right. Infertility is really and painful
Indeed, only the person in it understands it
I came back here to watch this AGAIN! Thank you so much Bump Love and Your amazing guest for sharing ! God bless you
The most heart warming show I have watched in a few months. Thank you Patricia, thank you Bump love.
Meanwhile we can as well try pastor Tom mugerwa... Mutundwe Christian fellowship for prayers
Thank you Patricia for telling your story, I pray for for all the women trying out for a baby to one day hold their own babies.
This story is surely good. So many families out there are struggling to get children. The unfortunate part is that they don't know what to do in terms of medication. My self i spent one and a half years without getting pregnant. I thank God i was still at campus so i never paid attention to it although every one around me was concerned. I now have three (3) kids 2 boys and 1 girl but i have now gone back to waiting for another kid. My experience now is so painful that i have tried all medical tests which are all positive but all in vein.
I went through all kinds of depression as Patricia said until i dedicated all to God. Now i have no worries at all and iam just thankful to God for the 3 kids i have as i wait for his action at the right time😄😄😄
Ladies thank you so much so much for hosting Patricia. She has blessed us so much
I couldn't agree more 😚😚
Thanks Bump love and Patricia for the great show. To all ladies battling, may God see you through this tough time.
Amen.
Wow thank you Patricia. Not funny but very inspiring story . I have gone through some experience of fertility problems and I thank God mine was shorter. Coming out to speak about this makes you my hero

At Doreen Kabasomi, it's understandable for you to want to give up sometimes. If you need a break please do take it for your own sanity like u have said. I have been there, sometimes I felt like giving up and then I would take a break and rejuvenate. God has finally answered my prayers. Please keep the faith 🙏
Doreen just hold in their, keep on trying. My journey was almost 10 years after university but God came through at verge when I was giving up and blessed me with son and adaughter covid 1 & 2. Just hold in their
Thank you so much to extending the time on this informatory segment.Kindly on behalf of your international viewers could we please get subtitles especially when the juice is too good and it's better said in luganda, we understand somethings are brought home better when said in your mother tongue, but we too want to get to enjoy the laugh as well.

This is so therapeutic. Trusting the process
This was very therapeutic. Thank you Patricia for the vulnerability.
Ahaaa this fertility issue is getting out of hand. I don't understand why..
I pray that God gives each woman who wants a baby..
Few men can even handle this.. some will just walk away..
On the exterior….yes, but a lot of men are having the same struggles as well, they just speak a different language and seldom have a platform to voice their hurt, their fears. Pain isn’t gender sensitive.
I love the way she narrates...Wow God is so good! My husband actually went for a fertility test without telling me,when we were still in courtship 🤣 it was after him getting the taste results that he told me that baby I did this, he showed me, I was like you would have told me....I think it's the nature of men. They are kinda shy about that but he told me that he just met his doctor friend who told him since we getting married it's better we do the tests just to be sure we both fine.So he just went for it there and then and it was for the Good!
Very beautiful, informative, and eloquently presented. Thank you sagali OG!

Thank you Patricia, Bump love team kindly consider Jassy for the Spa
I second this nomination. Jassy Ebwanyu featured as a guest on one of your earlier shows. She deserves Patricia's spa voucher. 👏👏
Patricia speaks really nicely.
Ivf is so expensive it's crazy. In NY there is an ivf clinic that's cheaper but still nothing is cheap. The medication minus supplements is $2000 then blood work, scans, and the reteival. At the end of it all you have paid $10,000 not forgetting gas for your vehicle when the ivf clinic is an hour away.
Doing it in Uganda is so much cheaper
Thank you, I appreciate the wisdom and laughs and encouragement and empowerment! Awesome!
I had to look out for part 2 of the story. And yes, I found it 😍
