- Deputy President William Ruto came head to head with his political nemesis Gideon Moi amid their heightening rivalry in the rift valley. The DP and the Baringo senator met at the funeral of former KANU stalwart Hosea Kiplagat. And as Sam Ogina reports, the DP and Baringo senator locked horns over development projects in the area with each one taking credit for them.
