@patbarnard5218 Pat, easy enough to do that! Just remove from the mold before total curing and shape it. Secure with tape and/or small objects under the edge to help hold the shape, then allow to cure.
Instead of wiping the part where you did the splater part you should of just pounced the brush instead of wipe! Like just bounch the brush up and down! It would of definitely had the different speckled looked you were trying to get instead of all smearing together from the wiping! Try that next time and see how it turns out! That turned out very well! Tree frogs are bright colors. I recently saw a photo of a bright green one, with dark orange legs sitting on a reddish orange bird of paradise. He even had dark red-orange eyes! Besides, as artists, we aren’t necessarily bound by reality, right? 😄
You can see the color blending you did on the body of the frog. That turned out really well. I love the way that you did the leave in fall colors. That's a wonderful warm touch. 💗
I just got some nail powders, the colors are really beautiful. The ones I bought weren’t chameleon, they’re called chrome because they have a high shine. There’s not a lot of powder in each but, it went a long way. I needed a variety of blues, greens, pinks and purples. Red too but, there was only one in the set that worked for my project, true reds are hard to find. Having a good variety was perfect . Your frog and leaf are beautiful!🐸🍂 I liked his speckled back.

Yeah about half way through I was thinking the toes looked like they blend into the leaf to much. Still turned out cute but I would definitely change either the toe color or leaf color so they aren’t so similar. But it’s still a win!
