True! But atleast she was recognized by the album sales and critical acclaim, including the Grammy's (Back then when they meant something. Now they just give them to anyone who is popular, or who can buy their way to one🙄). "Come Away With Me" is still one of my favourite "Easy Listening" Albums. It was a constant presence in my early 20's, whenever i wanted put on chilled music, whether i was cooking, cleaning, sleeping or generally just relaxing, i'd play it on repeat back-to-front. I also remember downloading a version of it (remember KAZAA? 😜), live in New Orleans, and it sounded even more spectacular, LIVE!!. "Cold Cold Heart" and "I've Got To See You Again" live, were breathtaking! This has brought back wonderful gowing up memories 😍
Norah Jones is one of the most underrated Artists/Singers of the last 2 decades....especially LIVE!!. Her music is what you need for a bright day, a dull day, a happy day, a sad day, a sunny day and a rainy day; and when you are at the heights of happiness and depths of sorrow. Norah Jones.
I'm so happy that Norah has been able to attain a status that she can approach music on her level and live a life that most of us can only dream about. She's a very advanced human being.
Some of these comments refering to her weight and the appearance of her band are so shallow and lame. You don't need to try to tear down an absolute amazing musician to bring up your very low self-esteem. She has more talent than all of the land of Disneyland. Sultry and Feeling comes to my mind when I hear her heavenly voice. Keep knocking them out of the park Nora.
Norah has the voice of an angel, the greatest female singer in my lifetime and i'm 73 years old..such a beautiful soothing flawless voice...i like music from the rolling stones to Merle Haggard.... but i absolutely love Norah Jones!
I love this music -- Norah Jones is just a wonderful vocal artist, in my humble opinion. She brought her real sounds and music aesthetic into a time of much over-produced and soulless music. Thank you for sharing this great concert.

I like the way she always follows her ears in her writing, i never feel a sense that she's trying to prove something. I don't think her music is like McCartney's really in any specific way, but i believe their compositional ears function in a similar way... always looking for the interesting harmonic and melodic side roads and secret passages, lots of little sideways shifts and dodges that don't feel like work, just what obviously was supposed to happen in that bar. I say let her explore and put out albums and these wonderful home shows of just her at the piano or guitar... good music for free every week... for goodness sake don't comment on her appearance (as Bobcat said to his audience... you don't look the same either). She has never pursued celebrity, just kept doing solid, interesting writing with warmth and heart. Take it or leave it. I'll take it, thanks, Ms. Jones.
feel so bad for the 29 that cannot appreciate the evolution of talent that is Norah Jones, speaking only for me, I don't care what 'genre' of music she cares to tackle, she is brilliant at it all, I really think this individual can play and sing anything she wants and sound perfect doing it
Una voz suave, acariciadora con ternura, melancólica y amorosa, como un remanso de paz y quietud, olvidándonos un rato de nuestros problemas cotidianos.
Wow. Look amazing..but I am mostly hearing your talent. I'm focused. I love that you talk about Bessie Smith. Makes me think of Aretha. Norah, you ate a force. So is Diana.
Oh God, no. OK, not something one might usually hear in regard to a Norah Jones live event. But I have been emotionally destroyed, slain, by first a live recording from 2007 when Norah was SO GOOD it literally made me want to weep, and then I listened for what has to be the 6th time in 5 months or so, the 20th anniversary live special of CAWM. Through the years, Norah, always just TOO good and I say that as a 22 year fan of hers, well, Norah, I think your done totally slaying me for one night. I can't do this at the moment. Her voice is ripping apart at my mental faculties... A poor innocent wretch like me who can't even begin to understand that vast ocean of talent, can only take "so much".
ry cooder, eric clapton those who play Satie, Stravinsky No va bene Nicht var? ce n'est pas vrai, Cara mia? no es asi Eric Satie?? Eagles singing that on ne peut pas sortir de California Motel 66?
Norah has to be one of the most underrated musician in modern times.

That's the 8th Norah Jones featured youtube video I've needed to favourite...
Criminally under-appreciated musician.
Love those Norah Jones high notes on the keys, seems distinct unique to NJ - and those dribbles on the keys !! Love it all !! 🌹🙏🥰
The last musical connection my grandmother and I made was Norah Jones. This music is the most bittersweet thing I've known.
I'm so happy that Norah has been able to attain a status that she can approach music on her level and live a life that most of us can only dream about. She's a very advanced human being.

If we want this great talent to be around for a long time to come, she needs to keep her health in mind.
No doubt, yet it's guaranteed that no one of them is flawless. Pathetic losers that they are.
Leo Risean she’s just perfect
She's had two children along the way, you spiteful people
i've just closed my eyes and opened my ears... you need nothing else to enjoy this video
I'm a mostly rock and punk listener but I love Norah Jones. Exquisite talent.
I wasn't aware until about an hour ago that I needed to this soothe my mood. Thank you. 🙂
she's so talented and modest. love her unique, perfect voice. she can sing anything.

Loved all of this, Norah is so talented. Also gotta tip my hat to that guitar player, especially during Sinking Soon
The solo at the end of Stuck is pretty great too.

you have a wrong focus
What are you talking about?
Wonderful Concert and well dressed Norah, thanks for the upload.
I AM FROM DENMARK SOME YEARS AGO I FLY TO HELSINKI AND BY TRAIN TO PORI TO SEE HER, AMAZING
Her musicians are gifted to be able to play with her, surely!
But they could hold a stage on their own, also
She came a long way as the daughter of the lengendary sitar player Ravi Shankar. But this is life. This is music.Chapeau for Nora Jones.

No existe mejor ni peor, la excelencia no compite, los necios, comparan.
Nora does a wonderful song with Doyle Bramhall II “Searching for Love”. The emotion in those lyrics gives me goosebumps
