Toyota Tundra have historically been great trucks to lease. But the problem is that in recent years, Toyota hasn't offered very many lease specials on this full-size truck. Well things have changed! Toyota is now offering a great lease special on the 2024 Toyota Tundra SR5 and the 2024 Toyota Tundra Limited.
In this video, I will explain what makes this lease such a great deal by using my 1.25% rule of leasing, and I will also explain why one of these trucks is a better lease value than the other.
I know there are a lot of Toyota Tundra loyalists out there who have been waiting for these lease deals to show up - well now they have!

I really like your educational lease and finance videos Ravi. Great find on this tundra. I agree with you this is an amazing deal but it is actually even better deal than how you calculated. $3999 down includes first month's payment and acquisition fee which are mandatory at signing the lease. Downpayment is only $2880. If we calculate based on the $2880 payment will be 1.04% of the MRSP at your state. Thanks again for sharing this.
That’s a great point! Sometimes the do at signing includes acquisition fee and first months payment and sometimes it doesn’t. Thanks for pointing this out. I will start doing this going forward!
Fun fact is that Toyota does not offer such a nice deal here in the Northest area (NJ). The same truck and deal are offered for $589 for an SRP $50,984 and a residual $33,649. Using your math it comes to 1.45... SO SAD. Thank you anyway for the very thoughtful video
