@@GodzillaJawz It's only assumedly the juvenile and adult that are shown to us in the actual game. No, the mod doesn't count because it's not official.
To clear up a LOT of misconceptions I’m reading, the gargantuan leviathan skeleton with a ghost at its skull measures to 1500 meters in full. THAT IS THE ADULT GARG, as there is another skull in the lost river that is smaller, and is confirmed to be the juvenile. I once heard a theory that The Old Mother is the dead Kraken island or under it or something, and that krakens go there to die with their mother. Probably ain’t true, figured it was neat though and would make the old mother even bigger.
I don’t think that’s true. You can see multiple krakens, the one in The Sunken Pearl tall tale (may have gotten the name wrong), you can see hundreds of kraken corpses scattered around the Sea of Thieves. They are near extinction due to the fact the Old Mother was one of the few that could have children and now is gone, presumably starved to death due to the fact she was chained. There’s a lot of krakens, not just one, and based on the amount of kraken corpses we see there are probably a lot more or another Old Mother left, I’d presume the former. My point was that krakens seem to want to die there for some reason, which could likely be two reasons, one, the mysterious chest on The Silver Blade, which was known to attract krakens (different from the chest of sorrow). Or, what I proposed, the old mother was chained below the island, both options seem probable and fit the lore.

some people even say gargantuan leviathans can reach 5 kilometers because theres no limit but after 5 km they die because they dont get enough food anymore
the gargatuan leviathan in my head is what created the dead zones, since dead zones are giant craters with almost zero lifeforms other than leviathan entities, i imagine that the holes was made by gargatuans digging to make sort of nests, and surviving by eating other leviathans or maybe even other gargatuans.
Okay, to be fair, the info that’s on the gargantuan leviathan skeleton data states that the creature was a _baby_ when it died, presumedly of the bacterial infection that plagues the current life.

Monster Hunter players: "Rookie numbers."
Unless 8 put sideways is a rookie number... Nah... That skeleton is juvenile and they NEVER stop growing meaning it was probably the smallest one we COULD have found and the average and "maximum" size of these guys is A WHOLE LOT BIGGER... Infact there's tales of one becoming so big it stopped existing because it OUTGREW ALL OF EXISTENCE... That's like some BUDDAH level transcendency sizes.... Straight up telling the monkey king to jump out it's tail level of bs....
There’s always “some guy on Reddit” who has already answered your question no matter how strange it may be
The fact that, that skeleton in the lost river is a juvenile💀,that means the adult gargatuan or even older than that is 100x bigger💀
i love the background music
The worst part is that skeleton wasn’t even a teenager yet 💀
That depends if the Gargantuan Leviathan is fully mature, which grows to some km
Someone: It’s just a game Soundtrack, it’s can’t hurt you!
Me: *sobbing crying noises*
true gem of a video earned my sub
Nah,Gragantuan had to curl up, so he fits in the frame💀
Me when my “accurate measuring” is backed by some guy on reddit
The Gargantuan can grow as much as it wants, meaning it can measure more than 5,000 meters if it wants, but still, good video 👍
That "subscribe" from dragon was legendary
I calculated her weight, it's approx 25.9 trillion(¹³) kilograms
Nearly the same as a large mountain
you could show gargantuan being the size of the whole planet and subnautica players will still go "it's just a juvenile tho"
Squirrel hair is still used in makeup brushes, alongside goat and badger hair. It’s very expensive (and controversial) but some makeup artists prefer natural hair brushes over synthetic.
A wise jester once said our universe is just the stomach of a non dying gargantuan leviathan
Bros source is the definition of "trust me bro" also the gargi NEVER stops growing and some are so big they are thought to WRAP AROUND THE PLANET
You also should keep in mind the size of the sunbeam and the garg that ate it. The sunbeam is about half the size of the aurora I believe. Which means that garg either doesn’t stop growing, or the one we see isn’t an adult.
That is noncanon play the actual game lil bro
Now imagine both leviathan mate and reproduce to make a more terrifying variant
They may be bigger than I can fathom but their so pretty :3
Abandon ship in the background hits different 🔥🔥🔥
When your in either game. The probability is you already are.
I love how for figuring out the distance in game he just cuts to “some guy on reddit” 😂
some people even say gargantuan leviathans can reach 5 kilometers because theres no limit but after 5 km they die because they dont get enough food anymore
Dude gargantuan leviathans never stop growing, and I am 100% sure that the one you showed us was “just a juvenile”
None of this is true. This all stems from the mod 🤦♂️
Jörmungandr & Garg Reaper being planetary sizes: 🗿
Not surprised at all, this is a freaking colossus
It feels like 1 mouth of a Girgantua is larger than a Kraken, and the old Girgantua is probably 3 times larger
the gargatuan leviathan in my head is what created the dead zones, since dead zones are giant craters with almost zero lifeforms other than leviathan entities, i imagine that the holes was made by gargatuans digging to make sort of nests, and surviving by eating other leviathans or maybe even other gargatuans.
Okay, to be fair, the info that’s on the gargantuan leviathan skeleton data states that the creature was a _baby_ when it died, presumedly of the bacterial infection that plagues the current life.
Had to watch the beginning twice just to make sure 💀
Did you know the leviathan is so big if your anywhere nearby it when it roars you would just cease to exist
Old mother: Old mother
Gargantuan Leviathan: OldER mother
Subnautica boys stay winning in incomprehensible horrors beyond human imagination
Why the heck is jimmy carr talking about mythical game monsters
The gargantuant leviathan never stop growing
It's not even close. And dammit this made me want to play more subnautica but my tv is broken 😭
The garg can grow infinitely as long as it has something to eat, so that should answer your question lol
I recall reading a line where Ramsey’s ship could sail through the old mothers rib cage without touching the bone. But it was barely. Assuming his ship was the size of the average galleon in sea of thieves, it’s not even remotely close.
Fun fact
In an Interview one of the creators confirmed that gargantuans dont stop growing
This Subnautica music hits different
a full grown adult gargantuan leviathan is around 5km long, meaning there was no competition to begin with
Gargantuan is like Jörmungandr. If they didn't die from starvation they could prob circle the world of subnotica
1 500m, well thats underwhelming, because i have heard that a JUVENILE speciment is around 5km, and an adult one is at least 20km, while i also know that gargs never stop growing until they die.
That’s all information from a fan-made mod. The only canon information on the Gargantuan is that an adult was 1500m max. There’s a juvenile fossil elsewhere in the Lost River, but it’s much smaller.
@@al_eggs the juvenile in the game is 1.500m, and near it is a child. its not the max size of a juvenile, that is why i think that the adult is 20km
@@bogdansukigg The juvenile in the game is only a skull, so it can’t be measured.
Imagine these games do crossover and then the water into Nautica just turns black out of nowhere then you see a pirate above you and then you see a guardian leviathan, fighting a Kraken
To be fair, "larger than any outpost" could be somewhere between and the distance between earth and the edge of the observable universe, or bigger. That book statement only gave a minimum, nothing to actually measure the proper size with 😅
"Some guy on reddit"
amazing source👍
i think its kinda funny "heres some canon info and a rough estimate" vs "heres a estimate based on a guy in a book and also what a guy on reddit said"
