Dude, I’ve been watching A LOT of DRGS videos and streams. This was up there as one of the most insane runs I’ve seen! Keep ‘em coming!
Yup, I have over 100 hours in this game…and that was probably my best moment.
This was nuts XD, loved it! I'm going to doing my own run of the bug taser also, and regarding the shop, don't forget that your other weapon choices affect what you see on level up and shop, I know you wanted the m1000 for the early damage but you ended up taking 2 more projectile weapons, which heavily affected your choices, would have been better of going for another light weapon or electric weapon - Or perhaps status effect.
I know you know all of this already, of course, it's super easy to get caught up in the moment in this game as there's a lot going on :D

Wow, that was amazing 👏 The random movement speed upgrades combined with some lucky drops turned out to be a perfect combo pushing this all the way to the win

If you weren't still talking during the final round, I swear you'd have been holding your breath the entire time, then one huge exhale when you hit that last ramp. That was intense!

Staring down the boss and the wave of giant green boys and explody boys on a dead-end bridge to nowhere was f'ing epic. (also level 1 M1000 put in half as much total damage as level 21 bug zapper, so it's still a cheat code)

When you will be done with all singular weapon runs
Dua one run with four weappens that solo delt most damage and second run with four weappens that dealt least damage
With OCs like "explosion on reload" I feel like it's always better to salvage for an epic upgrade plus one weapon level. I was watching really closely with that explosion animation and I think it just does a knockback.
Yup, salvage for sure. Lesson learned.

1) pick projectile weapons
2) skip all upgrades for them
3) get projectile damage dealt as choices
4) complain you have no damage

I don’t think that was the problem.
if you do more of those runsyou should really plan out which weapons you choose. you had all those kinetic and projectile tags that flooded the shop with the respective upgrades. if you had chosen the freezing drone instead of the m1000 gun you would not have seen those kinetic and projectile upgrades. so either choose weapons that match the weapon you are focusing on, or make sure that you avoid overlapping tags at all. with only 1 projectile weapon you will not have projectile boosts in your loot table.
The M1000 was still the better choice imo, especially at the end. While the tags are nice, some weapons are just better at level 1.
@@OHRyePlays you may be right but you still need to mind the tags to make a run go smoother
I do pay attention to the tags in the majority of my runs. This run I knew the bug zapper wouldn’t have the DPS, so I went with I thought would be the better level 1 weapons.

You should run a circle along the edge of the map to find gold/nitra instead of running criss cross through the middle
Also, the extra beams on the bug taser are pretty worthless, they only increase your mag size instead of actually shooting more beams like other beam weapons, this is even worse when you take the explosion on reload, because your weapon reload less often.

I believe the shrapnel from exploding your taser from the overclock was doing 407 damage when you asked at 16mins. I think it is proccing for the same damage as your status effects or it was coincidence
At 19 minutes and can confirm the explosion is doing status effect damage, as it and the electricity are both proccing for 434 now.(still terrible, look at the shrapnel radius)

You only have (1) beam weapon, so you’re not gonna roll much beam upgrades in the shop to buff the zapper

Wow, I avoid this gun like the plague but I'm definitely going to try it. Do the little lightning shocks count as status damage?
12:02 Definitely salvage in that situation. With your luck and the salvage boost, would likely have had a legendary.
Ya, the extra shocks are status effects.
And I 100% should have salvaged it.
Once overclocked I think its ok to do another weapon

How about this challenge whenever u level up u take the first upgrade regardless if it’s good or not and after the dive same or u move on no rerolls
