Form tips: squat as deep as possible, calves should be SQUASHED by your hamstrings, get your feet as under you as your ankles allow so you get your knees nice and far over your toes. Single leg rdls are great for swing throughs, I recommend using a barbell with plates tho as you could and should lift at least twice what you had in this video, it should be hard.
