    One thing I've really noticed after watching each of your vids is that not only are you progressing in skill, but your actualy tricking style is becoming more developed! I believe that due to you exposing yourself to all these different skills and they way you've set up your training is making an INCREDIBLE impact!
    SUGGESTION = Sideswipe wrapfull gainer warpfull (or wrap variation) :)

    agree with damon's comment. you gotta find a weight where you can do like 8 reps good tech full range of motion and the last 2 reps are hard / close to failure.
    then progressively work the weight up as you get stronger.
    loving the long combos

      Thats it just have in mind your legs gets in full power in one week so dont go for trip fulls in that day :D! If you want more explosive power add explosive squats + jump with weight (less weight than squat) keep the grind !

    I wanna see that wrap full x3-4 next vlog 🤣 You have it easy! Also take it easy on that knee. Maybe focus more on rehab this week?

    You don't start strong, you get strong. You'll get stronger but please please please focus on depth and ROM while you're tryna get stronger. I promise if you squat like 60-80% of what you did in this video but truly ass to grass your strength will blow up much faster. Suggestion for next video is aerial fs snapu, ik you could do it.

      @aaronvaneijck you're on the right track, going heavy and pushing yourself is essential. Just remember alot of people you're seeing are much further down the strength development path so what seems incomprehensible to you now is only temporary. Push yourself, lift heavy and high intensity, just do so with respect to full rom unless you have a reason to not be, remembering any technique can be validated with this in mind. An example: half depth squat is often used for athletes developing power and "top end" strength to ensure maximum force output in the rom they often use for jumping and moving athletically, I know Nico does this and has found success, but also there's always a time and place.
